National currently offers telemonitoring services through the use of a system in the patient’s home. Our SmartCare solution is able to provide the patient with a variety of solutions to problems that can often occur at home. A medical professional is always available 24-hours a day, 7 days a week, in multiple languages, to answer questions and make rapid decisions. The system can be used to reach the patient’s nurse, physician, pharmacist or hospital. We highly recommend the use of the system and have seen a significant reduction in hospitalizations for patients who use the device.
